Three Israeli Jews were murdered Monday when a 16-year-old Arab teenager blew himself up among shoppers in a Tel Aviv vegetable market. The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine claimed credit for the terrorist attack that wounded more than 30 other innocent civilians.

The use of teenage Arab boys by Palestinian terrorists in their war against Israel’s Jews has become common occurrence. Children’s television programs are used to incite Arab youth to violence and idolize murder and death. Anti-Israel slurs in official school textbooks and the naming of children’s sports teams after known “suicide” bombers are further violations of the Palestinian commitment to train a new generation for peaceful coexistence with Israel’s Jews.

With Yasser Arafat finally out of the country, new Palestinian Authority leadership should show they are serious about peace and stop this needless bloodshed of both Arabs and Jews.
