Sunday, January 23rd, is to be celebrated as the Sanctity of Human Life Sunday across America. Because the regard for life has been devalued in our culture, we need reminders, such as this special day, of the priceless worth of each human life.

The Sanctity of Human Life Sunday is not just concern about Scott and Laci Peterson’s pre-born son, Conner, or opposition to barbaric partial-birth abortions. It is also about life-issues such as drive-by shootings, physician-assisted suicide and euthanasia, cloning, embryonic stem-cell research, and end-of-life medical decisions.

Activists can dramatically protest the killing of all types of fauna and flora and not even see their inconsistencies concerning the killing of human life, of whatever age or status.

Human life is sacred and there are loving, living alternatives to the world’s answers of death. Be “a voice for life” and speak up for the sanctity of human life with compassion, hope and reason!
